Walshestown Juvenile Football Club was established in 1992. The club came from humble beginnings, playing in a borrowed field catering for thirty children but now has more that 300 boys and girls participating in all the clubs activities. Today, the club has an new Clubhouse with four changing rooms, referee facilities, and cathering facilities. Walshestown FC has three playing pitches, ( two full sized and one 7-a-side ) and two training areas with floodlighting.
