| Woodfarm FC was originally founded in 1991 and at its peak reached division 1a. However, the club folded 2002, but in 2016 the club reformed and finished mid-table in its maiden campaign in 2016/2017. Based in Kilcock, Co, Kildare, the club home venue is Leixlip Amenities Centre. |
